José Maurício Pereira Coelho:
He is the CEO of BB Seguridade since January 2017. Between february 2015 and January 2017, he held the position of Vice President of Financial Management and Investor Relations and is in carrer official at Banco do Brasil. Graduated in Accounting Sciences, with an MBA in Finance and Capital Markets. He held the positions of Director of Capital Markets and Investments and Executive Manager of Insurance, Pension Plan and Capitalization Board.

Antonio Rugero Guibo:
He is currently Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance. Career employee of the Banco do Brasil since 1982, he served as Executive Manager Legal and Governance of the Shares in BB Seguridade from February 2014 to February 2015. Member of the Governance Committee IRB, alternate member of the Supervisory Board the IRB and alternate member of the Supervisory Board of Brasildental. He has a degree in Law, with specialization in Civil Law and a Masters in Social Relations Law.

Angela Beatriz de Assis:
Current Commercial Director and BB Seguridade Products, was Executive Manager Insurance Board Products, Open Pension Plans and Capitalization in the Banco do Brasil from April 2012 to March 2013. In the same company, she served as Executive Manager of Controls Board internal, between September 2009 and April 2012. From October 2007 to September 2008 also served as Division Manager in the Cards Directorate of the Banco do Brasil.

Werner Romera Suffert:
He is currently Director of Corporate Management and RI BB Seguridade. From May 2013 to February 2014 he held the position of Executive Manager of Finance, Controlling and Investor Relations BB Seguridade. From June 2011 to April 2013 he served as General Manager of the Banco do Brasil Agency in Paris, he held the position of Assistant Manager, June 2010 to June 2011 the same agency. He is a member of the Finance Committee of Brasilcap S.A. and alternate member of the Finance Committee of the Insurance BB Mapfre Group.
